Booking Information

A booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your total event cost and confirms your booking with us.

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please note the following:

• Cancellations made 30 days before the event: You will receive a refund of 100% of your deposit.
   
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: The deposit will be non-refundable, but we can work with you on rescheduling if needed.
   
• Event rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate new dates, but this will depend on availability.
   

To ensure we have ample time to bring your vision to life, we recommend booking your event at least 30 days in advance with the exception of weddings and parties exceeding 100 people, these will require booking at least 90 days in advance. This will give us enough time to coordinate all the details and secure your preferred date and vendors.

Full payment is due 15 days before the event unless other arrangements are made in advance.
